📈 Law no longer scales linearly with headcount - machine intelligence scales at a completely different rate.
🧊 Legal AI at enterprise scale is an iceberg - users only see the shiny tip, and what makes it work is underneath the surface.
🤝 Clients aren't just buying software, they're buying a trusted partner who helps them operationalize AI.
💰 Billable hours reward being slow - AI flips that. Clients are already putting AI usage in RFPs, and firms will have to innovate the way suppliers do.
🏊 Professional swimmers look down at the black line - you swim faster when you're not looking sideways.
🥇 It's not important to be first - it's important to be best.
🪙 We're entering the token economy: consumption-based pricing, token budgets per matter, and multiple models under the hood.
